Meet the Therapist

Addie Leigh, LMT

Hello and Welcome! My name is Addie Leigh. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Bozeman, Montana. I offer CranioSacral Therapy and Massage to women and children in the Gallatin Valley.

My bodywork journey began in response to my own personal healing experience. In 2019, I was in a traumatic ski accident in which my leg was nearly amputated. The recovery was long, painful and often disheartening. I tried countless forms of healing modalities, ranging from Western to Eastern medicine. My recovery seemed to make little to no progress. In 2021, after nearly losing hope, I received my first CranioSacral Therapy session. Immediately after I received, I sensed a shift in my body. I felt at peace with and connected to my body on a profound level. It was almost like I had been "rebooted". I continued to receive CST for a year, and experienced deep healing physically, emotionally and even spiritually. My doctors called me a miracle. I attributed my healing to CST and felt called to bring this miraculous touch to others.

I attended massage school at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai, Hawaii. I received continuing education in Myofascial Release (John Barnes) and CranioSacral Therapy through the Upleger Institute. In my practice, I use a combination of these two modalities dependent on my client's needs, although I operate under the CST framework as find it to be the most impactful. I have gravitated towards a women and children-centered practice as I've recognized a growing need to support the women and children of my community within a safe space where they can feel comfortable and nurtured. I am honored to provide a quiet sacred space for you to embrace your body's ability to heal and transform.
